Sunrise to Sunset – Solutions and Support, LLC is a business advisory and transaction-coordination company. These disclosures explain the line between that work and legal work, and who we represent when you engage us.
When legal work is involved
If a matter calls for legal services, those are handled under a separate written engagement with a licensed attorney. We tell you clearly when you are moving from business consulting into legal work, and what is covered by each.
No attorney–client relationship from this site
Visiting this site, submitting a form, or speaking with us at an initial consultation does not create an attorney–client relationship. That relationship begins only with a signed engagement.
We coordinate — we don't broker
On a transaction, we coordinate the legal, business, and professional components so each step is organized, documented, and aligned with your goals. We do not act as a business broker, hold client funds, or charge fees tied to the size or success of a deal.
Whose interests we represent
When you engage us, we work for you. We advise and coordinate on behalf of our client — we are not a neutral party, escrow agent, or fiduciary intermediary sitting between a buyer and a seller. If a matter ever involves more than one side, we put the arrangement, and any conflict, in writing before going further.
What we don't provide
We are not your accountant, financial advisor, or insurance agent. We coordinate with those professionals, but tax, financial, investment, and insurance decisions are made with the appropriate licensed advisor.
Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential and use a conflict-check process before taking on a new engagement.
